AYLESBURY DUCK

May 2008 saw the official launch of Aylesbury Duck on to the menu here at The Broad Leys. To celebrate the launch, our supplier and last breeder of the famous duck, Richard Waller, was present at the restaurant along with guests including The Bucks Herald,
The Publican
magazine, Mayor Cllr Penni Thorne and Chairman of AVDC Netta Glover, to try the new dish and get to grips with some of the history surrounding the bird.

Reaction to the Aylesbury Duck has been excellent since it was introduced and has become a mainstay of our menu. There's now another reason for you to visit us at
